Due to growing concerns with the COVID-19 novel coronavirus community spread, we will be suspending all in-person meditation meetings for the next few weeks, until further notice. Those meetings will be replaced by online meditation sessions, at the same time, which you can join from the convenience of your home, on a phone or laptop.
These sessions would require the download and installation of the Zoom app on your phone or laptop. As always, these apps and the online sessions will always be free. Please feel free to share these links with your friends and family. In these times of turmoil, everyone can benefit from meditation, from the comfort of their homes. We do recommend to RSVP on the meetup links below, so we can plan for online room capacity.
Online meditations sessions would be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 7-8 pm and will replace our current in-person meditation sessions in Mason, Milford, and Clifton.

For regular attendees and meditators, we share additional meditation-related tips and advice that can help you maximize the benefits of your Sahaja meditation practice.
